Beginning January 1st, 2024 the monthly rent for new residents will be $425 per month.

  • Spectrum 300mbps Wifi Internet/ Cable/TV:  $42 per month
  • Water: metered
  • CR&R Trash Pickup:  $28per month
  • Electricity:  metered
  • EMWD Sewer:  $20 average per month

  • What does the space rent include?  Only rent for your mobile.
  • Are pets allowed?  Yes, 2 pets are allowed, subject to park approval and park rules & regulations.
  • What utility discounts are available?  A 20% CARE discount on gas and electricity are available on a sliding income scale. There is also a Medical Baseline Allotment available for special medical conditions.
  • Do you have special considerations for visiting guests and grand children?  Yes, we have special hours that your guests under 18 can use the swimming pool. We have outdoor horseshoes available anytime. Bicycling is allowed, accompanied by an adult.
